Plano Heart Center (PHC) is a comprehensive cardiac care facility located in the heart of Plano, Texas.
Established in 2003, PHC provides a full range of services and expertise in the diagnosis, management and prevention of cardiovascular disease.
PHC’s mission is to:

Our Location
Plano Heart Center is located at 1600 Coit Road, Suite 105, Plano, TX 75075. We are located inside Medical Professional Building – I at the Medical Center of Plano on the North-East corner of Coit Road and 15th Street in Plano, Texas.
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

At Plano Heart Center, a great amount of emphasis is placed on prevention of heart disease through patient education and life-style modification including healthy eating, exercising, and smoking cessation. Patient adherence to treatment and medication is increased by helping them understand and control cardiac risk factors such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
